The short version

• Audio and transcripts stay on your Mac. We do not upload them by default.
• Voice profiles are biometric. They live encrypted in the macOS Keychain. We never see them.
• You can delete your data — including voice profiles and consent receipts — in one click.
• We do not use third-party analytics or trackers on this site.

What we collect

If you sign in for an account, we store your email, name, and avatar from the OAuth provider. That's it.

What we don't collect

No audio, no transcripts, no IP-address logs beyond what Cloudflare's edge needs to serve traffic, no third-party cookies.

Voice biometrics

Voiceprints are biometric data. We treat them under the strictest applicable regime regardless of the jurisdiction we read from your locale. Every action that creates, updates, or deletes a voiceprint produces a signed consent receipt that you can download or delete from your account.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Consent records are kept for 7 years after revocation, then permanently deleted.
