“kiromi can’t be opened” on first launch
Section titled ““kiromi can’t be opened” on first launch”macOS Gatekeeper has flagged the download. Right-click the app → Open → confirm. Subsequent launches work normally.
No system audio in the recording
Section titled “No system audio in the recording”Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Audio and toggle access for kiromi. Restart the app.
Transcription is slow
Section titled “Transcription is slow”The first transcription downloads the model (~120 MB). After that, expect 1.0–1.5× realtime on M2 / M3, slightly slower on M1.
Voice match is wrong
Section titled “Voice match is wrong”Long-press the speaker label → pick the right person → Apply to all N turns. The next meeting will use the corrected match.
Delete ~/Library/Application Support/kiromi/ to wipe local state. Your account on the website is unaffected.
